About the Clover Marketing Trainee Internship 2025

Clover is offering a 12-month Marketing Trainee Internship Programme to BCom Honours graduates in Marketing Management. This opportunity is ideal for driven and passionate individuals who wish to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Selected candidates will be exposed to a variety of marketing functions, ranging from campaign planning and content creation to event coordination and market research.

Three internship positions are available at Clover’s Roodepoort offices in Gauteng.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A BCom Honours in Marketing Management
• A strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Good understanding of various marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A genuine passion for marketing and its best practices

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Marketing Trainee, you will assist with:

Marketing internships abroad

Marketing management workshops

Marketing analytics services

• Marketing projects: Planning, developing, and executing initiatives
• Content creation: Writing taglines, creating designs, and developing content
• Social media: Building campaigns and implementing strategies
• Research: Analyzing competitors and identifying industry trends
• Events: Organizing and supporting marketing events
• Client communication: Handling inbound requests and contacting clients
• Reporting: Preparing campaign reports and gathering performance data
